Delivery time

Since each item is made to order after purchase, please allow up to 4 weeks before shipping. Once shipped, delivery may take a minimum of 3 days up to a week. As soon as shipping begins, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Please make sure to use a correct email address.

Customs/taxes

There are no additional customs duties or taxes for the customer to pay.

Lost/damaged items

Please contact us immediately at admin@maposanghoe.com with photos attached. Lost or damaged items will be refunded at no cost to the customer. However, since we do not have an official exchange policy, if you want an exchange, please get a refund and place a new order.
